Ray Phillips

Ray served in the U.S. Army from 1973 -1993 in Artillery, Aviation and Logistics positions and retired at the rank of Major.  He served in the Indiana Guard Reserve from 2002-2009 retiring as the Deputy Commanding General.  He has also served as the Indiana Executive Director and Vice-Chairman of the Indiana Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).  Ray has been a legion member for 12 years and transferred to the Mooresville post in February 2011.   Please contact him to add your events to the post calendar or if you would like to contribute to the post newsletter.
